Nurse practitioner and owner of Amelioration Health, Ashley has dedicated her career to improving the quality of life of her clients through nutrition, lifestyle, and root cause analysis.

Mary Gail Hoskins - Secretary

Mary Gail has been a registered nurse for over 50 years and has worked in many areas of healthcare. She is currently Operations Manager of Altitude Community Fitness. She wants everyone to be their best and healthiest selves!
